A Birthday Prayer for a Friend

Father, today is my friend's birthday, and I want to say thank You before I say anything else.

Thank You for putting them in my life — for the phone calls at the right moment, the jokes nobody else would get, the years of showing up.

Bless them today with a full heart and a good laugh. Bless their new year with health, peace, and at least one wonderful surprise.

Keep our friendship strong, Lord, and give us many more birthdays to celebrate together.
